What is Flauci The Pet-Beauty Shop's return policy?
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON Shampoos, conditioners, daily sprays and fragrances. Flauci The Pet-Beauty Shop will be happy to accept returns on most unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items - as we guarantee the purity, freshness, and authenticity of the products we sell. Clearance and special sale items (percentage off discounts, promotions) are considered final sales. NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-REPLACEABLE ITEMS: Used or opened items, e-gift cards and product samples are non-refundable and non-replaceable. FINAL SALE ITEMS: Consumables (shampoos, grooming sprays, colognes, conditioners), sale, clearance, discounted or as-is items are all FINAL sale and cannot be returned for store credit. SETS: Items sold in sets must be returned in their entirety unopened and unused. REFUNDABLE ITEMS: regular priced towels, clothing, combs, brushes or eyewear. You may seek a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

RETURNING ITEMS: To initiate a return click this Contact Us link and complete the form. Once you've been notified that your items can be returned, return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 7 days by mail shipping prepaid by you, the customer, to the address below and we'll issue you a full refund to your credit card less any original shipping fees. For your protection we suggest that you return via UPS or INSURED PARCEL POST because we are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during return shipping. Do not return any merchandise air express or C.O.D. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion. If a mistake was made on our part, or a product was damaged upon receipt we will refund to you the shipping costs of your initial purchase.
Please indicate whether the item(s) you are returning was a gift. If the item was a gift we will refund the gift recipient with an e-gift card for the value of the gift(s) (less the original shipping costs) to use online. Store credit and e-gift cards are not redeemable for cash or transferable, cannot be exchanged for another product and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Please contact us as we may be able to special order the item for you. Please note that there may be a minimum purchase requirement from the distributor and all special orders must be prepaid.
How can I receive a sample of a product that I am interested in trying?

You will receive 6 specialty shampoo samples for $12 - USA (contiguous US only) shipping and handling costs are included. You can also purchase our Groom-on-the-Go Specialty Shampoo variety pack, which includes six half-ounce shampoos all for $12 - includes shipping and handling (contiguous US only).

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, & American Express. Money orders are accepted by mail to the address above. We're sorry, we cannot accept personal or third-party checks.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Flauci The Pet-Beauty Shop is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California and New York.

What do I do if I receive a Payment Processing Error?
Our customer service team is able to assist you with any payment processing error, so please contact us (via phone or email) with any problems you may have placing orders. Most payment processing errors are due to our fraud protection service detecting a difference in the billing address of the credit card and the billing address entered on the order. Please make sure the billing address is entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

What if an item I ordered is not in stock?
FLAUCI The Pet-Beauty Shop will contact you to notify you of the backorder. When the item is back in stock we will ship your backorder immediately at no additional cost.
Can I ship and bill to different addresses?
Yes, however verification of the shipping address may be required which can take up to five business days. We will contact you in the event that we are seeking verification from your credit card issuer.
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
Orders over $150 require an in-person signature at the time of delivery. You can waive this requirement by accepting all responsibility for the package and noting in the comments or order instruction section that you would like the package sent with no signature required for delivery.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
Standard Shipping Method
Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection. Orders are usually shipped via UPS (domestic only) or the US Postal Service (to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Hawaii & Alaska). Provide shipping addresses that can accept UPS and USPS shipments. Packages sent via the US Postal Service cannot be tracked.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated according to your selection prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices (USPS Priority Box and UPS) and their prices.
When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders often ship within 2 business days and our average delivery time is 7 - 10 days, depending on the shipping destination for in-stock, non-serviced items, however orders may take up to 14 business days for delivery. For an additional charge, we offer an expedited delivery option for delivery within 2 - 4 business days.
Please note that items sent directly from our suppliers may take additional time for delivery. Custom order items cannot be expedited. In order to offer our wide selection of merchandise, items may be shipped from a number of different sources, and items are occasionally shipped in a number of separate packages via UPS and/or the US Postal Service. Many of our items are hand-finished per order and may take the full 14 business days for delivery.
Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Does Flauci The Pet-Beauty Shop ship outside the United States?
We do NOT ship internationally.
